Objectives and Deliverables
• HTS Engineering Group was to carry out modifications to duct 5 plough to minimise the product build-up. The subsequent work incorporated a pneumatic ball vibrator, photoelectric sensor, flow regulator and a solenoid valve to automatically control and dislodge the build-up automatically

Process and Conclusions
- A full system design based around a pneumatic ball vibrator, Solenoid valve and actuator 3/2, Control Valve and a Photoelectric Distance sensor
HTS Group completed the project on time, on budget and on scope. All drawings, test documents and full handover package were delivered. The end user increased his production time as the system shutdowns due to the overfill were eradicated.
